Perform administrative support functions at the department such as English typing, filing of Administrative funds, miscellaneous vendors, Hospital Billing, and Fuel payments, Maintenance of departmental documents, Secretarial and clerical support functions as required by the department.
Duties:
Assist in preparing status report on projects as well as collecting up-to-date information.
Collect and analyze information and prepare reports/invoices/documentation as required by the manager.
Follow-up departmental work with other departments as required.
Prepare Open and Closing of accounts.
Perform any other related administrative support functions as directed by manager.
Receiving Emails/Calls from vendors local and international for inquiry.
Providing monthly reports for Leasing Aircraft.
Perform online banking method including CITIBANK
