- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
-Working on diferent types of systems such as MacOS, WindowsOS and LinuxOS.
-Responding to client IT support requests.
-Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
-Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
-Ofering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
-Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
-Implement and follow up on the solution.
-Monitor the service desk queue for tickets assigned to the queue and process them.
-Check configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations.
-Administration of monthly patch cycles for OS Updates, Upgrades and Software Updates.
-Maintain and update documentation on new project, procedures, tools.
-Maintain diferent types of Printers assign IPs to them and working on their systems.
