Scope:
• ensuring that technical solutions used in the project reflect contractual terms and meet customer expectations
• tying different parts within project together (MV switchgear, Power transformer, LV switchgear, UPS, Automation + equipment/machinery out of SE scope) to make sure they act as a single mechanism
• scheduling tasks for the team of engineers, reporting results to Project Managers
• factory acceptance tests with the customer or end user
Scope:
-creation of a Service department from scratch
-training (internally and Vendors’ education), motivation, provision of equipment andpermits to field engineers
-finding customers, negotiating and signing contracts for maintenance/repairs/modificationof electrical equipment (distribution switchgears and related devices)
-planning and carrying out tasks at Customer’s premises all over Russia, including materialprocurement, logistics, travel for field engineers
Additional activities:
-building company’s HSE policies and procedures from scratch
Scope:
-execution of B2B medium voltage (6-35kV) supply projects
-preparation, review and approval of technical addendums to contracts
-negotiation and approval of production schedules, delivery terms, project documentation, project change requests, risk management
-handling meetings, joint communication between all stakeholders (ABB, customer, enduser, material suppliers, subcontractors)
-operational project team management (electrical designers, production, QA, procurementand logistics);
-approval of invoices, packing lists, material descriptions for customs clearance;
-factory acceptance tests with customer/end user at ABB factory;
-project review with Business Unit and reporting
Additional activities:
-as a deputy project manager, support implementation of warehouse barcoding system withSAP integration
-build instruments (programming/macro) for short/mid term planning of localizedswitchgears production
-mentor to new employees (project management/quality scope)
-translation and editing of new product catalogues (EN - RU)
Scope:
-keeping track of indicators that represent operation excellence/process execution quality(OnTime Delivery, KPI, NPS, customer complaints) within Business Unit
-customer complaints resolution from receiving to successful closure
-supplier quality control - handling discrepancy/fault cases within ABB Group suppliers(Czech Republic, Italy, China, Norway, Finland, Germany, Poland..)
Additional activities:
-internal audit (ISO 9001) of ABB Russia’s production facilities
-evaluation and improvement of ABB Russia’s Standard operating procedures (SOP)
