It was a regular postgraduate courses in Orthopeadic - Surgery . After final tests I received Orthopeadic- surgeon certificate . Afterwards I've cnfirmed my Highest category in Orthopeadic-surgeory .
Courses which gave me practical training in case of polytrauma . Resemble the training course ATLS I passed in 1991 in USA , very similar . This course gave me theoretical and practical confidency when I do treatment of patient after car accidents or other disasters .
Besides refreshment of knowledge in general orthopedic surgery , I've got a new information about etiology of joint arthroses , a new point view for the problem ( occlusion of blood vessels, necrosis formation under cartilage, cartilage distrophy, arthrosis development ), and a new approaches for the treatment : conservative ( with myocalcix) and surgical ( osteoperforation in early stage ) and , of course, hip and knee joint replacement.
It was a good courses in orthopedic surgery, demonstration of interesting cases in a biggest Hospital of Krasnodar City, new approaches for treatment of orthopedic patients , apparatus of Afaunov, type of external fixation in case of fracture of a long tube bones.
I was a visiting clinician in Group of Hospitals and pass ATLS courses in University Hospital. It was really a very good experience for me, it helped to expend my scope in orthopedic surgery .
Besides good knowledge in general orthopedic surgery I improved my knowledge in conservative ( manual therapy or chiropractice) and operative treatment of vertebra spine pathology ( anterior and posterior spondilodesis ), improved my knowledge in regional anesthesia , many of my surgeries I've done under regional anesthesia afterward .
I received a good knowledge in general orthopedic surgery , as well as in vertebra spine pathology , conservative and operative treatment . It helped me to do more complicated cases at my work. In 1980 I was rewarded by Public Service Commission with 1 category in Orthopedic Surgery .
It was my first postgraduate aducation. I received knowledge in orthopedic surgery and since that time I worked at the position of orthopedic surgeon in the Hospitals in Russia and abroad.

In 1991-1992 postgraduate aducation in Orthopedia in group of Hospitals, Jacksonville, Florida , USA, ATLS course in University Hospital . In1994 postgraduate aducation in Orthopedia in Meyo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida, USA. In1996 postgraduate courses inSt.Petersburg, Russia. In 2002 and 2008 postgraduate courses in Orthopedic Surgery in Krasnodar Medical Academy. From 1980 awarded with 1 category in Orthopedic Surgery in Russia. From 1996 awarded with Highest category in Orthopedic Surgery in Russia.
