2. Follow and check all finishing activities: (plaster, paint, aluminum, joinery, tiles, falseceiling, ….etc)
3. Follow MEP works (underground drainage, sewerage, Mep 2nd fix).
4. Follow infrastructural work (excavation, levels, location of manholes and house connection).
5. QA/QC (inspections, result of tests, quality of the work comply with specification requirement).
6. QS (follow payments for subcontractor, check quantities).
7. Work with technical team for all drawing, material, make proposal for any problem, check materials to comply with DGBR requirement.
8. Work with planning team to determine the milestones and duration on baseline for each activity and assist to prepare the presentation and Dashboard .
9. Following up for Dubai Municipality requirement.
