- To effectively planning and scheduling the transportation of ABB projects (sea, air and road transport) . Communicate externally with client representatives and third parties regarding operational activities, special permits and requirements for transportation and customs brokerage, documentation( invoices, licenses, special permits etc.) and commercial deviations. -Communicate internally with project teams and senior management -Ensure physical handling of documents and files as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) . Execute work in a manner which results in the company meeting or exceeding internal key performance indicators (KPIs) - Ensure adherence to and contribute to the development of, corporate quality, health & safety and environment requirements, thereby minimizing incidents and accidents.

Direct support and coordination to VP presidents and regional managers of MEA DHL global forwarding in ocean freight and air freight operations
-Direct support to Ocean freight and Air freight regional commercials managers in pricing and quotations
-Implementation of logistics projects and trainings to countries where DHL global forwarding has offices (72 owned and third parties) across Middle East and Africa - Ocean freight and Air freight operations KPI measure & analysis for improvement and target achievement
-Preparations of community calls with MEA countries and participate in the discussion of ongoing topics with countries. Motivate countries to achieve needed targets in ongoing projects
-Support to market & sales department preparing monthly reports of ad hoc quotations at regional level, and to monitor pipeline
-Budget and forecast reporting for Ocean freight and air freight departments

Support to commercial manager to handle main accounts of the company: Ralph Lauren, Tommy Jhon, Tommy Bahama, Eden Park, Vicomte and Facconable
-Supervise status with internal stakeholders at every stage of the supply chain (purchase order creation, development, production and to make sure its shipped on
time)
-Constant communication with internal stakeholders: design & development, production, shipping operations and finance department
-Be the intermediate between customer and design & development department
-Weekly meetings with production department to discuss status of all purchase orders, to decide what is going to have priority or to be shipped based on capacity plant production
-Besides this, monitor production status of all POS
- Weekly conference calls with our customers to inform POS status and keep them update it (previous preparation of reports, agenda for the call and other information
needed to be presented)
- Weekly report for finance department and upper management, upper management uses this chart to negotiate letter of credits and forecast
budgets`-, - ERP systems

-To be the intermediate between textiles factories in Asia and our retail buyers in Peru, constant follow up with our suppliers of China, Bangladesh in every stage
since product development, product quality and coordination with freight
forwarders at origin.
-Detailed revisions of all contracts to verify all clauses are fulfilled.
-Constant follow up with our textile suppliers to maintain quality, delivery dates,
and other details specify in contracts/ letters of credit.
-Documents revision to all commercial invoices, packing list, certificate of
origin are correct.
-Coordination with freight forwarder to ship all goods as arranged on letter
of credit (ETD, quantity, quality)
-Reports to our customers in Peru (retail clothes stores like Supermercados
Peruanos, Oeschle and recognized clothes brands like Dunkelvolk in south America )
- Monthly shipping planning and buyer consol planning
--Logistics control & management through excel charts for shipment visibility

- Responsible of supervising MAV Logistics main customer (Presidio International) handling their air and ocean shipments.
- Coordination with shippers regarding documents and cargo delivery, coordinations with shipping lines, NVOCC & airlines for bookings, quotations and tariffs negotiations.
-Direct coordination with our freight forwarding agents in New York to make sure all shipments departs from Peru and arrives to main warehouse in new York as per the shipment plan and letter of credit
-Constant support to our customers regarding their shipments through all the process.
-Direct communication and coordinations with Trader Interaxis Sourcing Group, which is the trader from Presidio International (Armani Exhange)
-To monitor and keep track of all air & ocean shipments and work closely with Trader to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Operations: handling FCL and LCL cargoes (in charge of planning buyer consol)
-Prepare shipping documentation such as master bill of lading, house bill of lading, cargo manifest, map container, etc.
