Maintaining all valid and legal documents of over 2000 workers
-Scanning and Filling Documents
-Checked if all files stored are valid and updated
-Files are kept by labeled folders for easier retrievals
-Making reports for those nearly expired documents
Trade and Finance Department:
Data entry, Document filling -Putting barcodes to all document transactions and scanning them before filling
-Quick response in terms of retrieving a certain document
-Ensuring all document transactions are updated in Data Management System- for easier retrievals
Purchase and Maintain Company Assets
-Receive allocation of assets from different suppliers
-Make reports to all assets condition use
-Make purchase orders for Store’s regular supplies
-Conduct inventory to store’s assets
-Make reports for damage assets to the Head office and initiate necessary action for the damage done
-Authorized to transfer assets to other stores and file report of transfer
-Submit report to the Office of the Manager for Assets availability
-Receive Calls for Technical support
-Receive complaints from customers about their cameras
-Guide them to troubleshooting their cameras
-Satisfy customer’s complaints to insure product loyalty and sales
