As an advisor to the Minister for Social Development in Bahrain, responsibility was to participate in partnership and privatization incentive of social programs, improve service delivery, reduce costs, implemented procedures for monitoring and inspecting outsourced centers, develop and implement a Foster Care Program and Independent Living Program, develop and implement an inspection and monitoring system for all programs, and developed and implement evidenced based guidance for policy development for centers and home based programs in social welfare, community and rehabilitation.
The program at Antioch was a pass/fail system and no grades were awarded. I did well and passed all of my courses and was awarded a JD.
