Directly reporting to Project Manager. Carries out variety of technical duties in support to Onshore and Common Sulfur Project. Includes review, input, analysis, retrieval, manipulation and presentation of reports associated with the department. Prepares letters, memos, documents and other related correspondence. Raises different requests for the department personnel (Travel, Leave, DOA, Claims) . Prepares activity reports, presentation materials as directed and maintains data. Handles distribution of Project weekly reports. Contributes to edit and compilation of the Group's monthly and other periodic management reports.
Assists Procurement Lead in auditing bills, invoices and queries and work anomalies. Audits contractor invoices/bills to identify incorrect billings and recommends for processing. Includes arithmetically checking, comparing for consistency of charges as per agreed norms of contract/discussions.
For Onshore Project, duties include receiving/ registration of all incoming transmittals of documents, drawings, correspondence, etc. from Contractor using Excel spreadsheet as temporary database. Coordinate with different disciplines for status of submitted documents of Vendor to avoid delay and make sure that all documents be returned on time to Vendor's for them to incorporate all comments, remarks and clarifications made by concerned disciplined.
Undertakes other similar and related tasks as directed by the respective Manager.
