Effective QMS management- implementing the 8D process in regards to the CARs process, dealing with MRAs, customer complaints, etc. Internal Audit Planning and scheduling. Analyzing and improving on the Customer Satisfaction metrics.

Implementing change through the Chromalox Production System. Planning and conducting Kaizen events. Using the “Theory of Constraints” to identify process bottleneck and eliminate waste as a result of defects, overproduction, unnecessary processing, motion, etc.
Evaluating high-risk internal processes (i.e. Launching a new design) and applying the FMEA tools to decrease organizational risk (i.e. assigning RPN). Facilitate lessons learned session.
Responsible for the ISO 9001/2008 audits, as well as for all customer audits- 100% pass rate.
Extensive project coordination skills-ASME U and NB R
Stamp certification.
Effective Power Point presentation skills developed during the quarterly US Top Management Reviews.
