¬ Provided tenants with information necessary to design the leased premises. Issued detailed base building drawings coordinated on site with information on all services or obstructions, worked as their on-site engineers and provided them with as-built information to avoid any discrepancies in the submitted designs.
¬ Guided a team of Architects and Engineers to follow up on Tenants and Contractors design & fit-out works.
¬ Reviewed tenants’ designs in compliance with the Mall guidelines. Assisted tenants with their permitting efforts as needed; closely supervised the fit-out works, resolved problems and improved the communication process between designers, contractors and consultant and successfully delivered fully operational shops at the scheduled opening date.
