Currently, I serve as the Head of Marketing Communications, where I oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage multiple projects, and develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
I take charge of marketing projects, working side-by-side with clients from start to finish. I listen closely to their goals and translate that vision into achievable marketing campaigns. Clear communication and planning are key to ensuring projects meet client expectations and build strong working relationships.
My role included work on various design materials and related fields. From presentations, social media graphics, taking photos of a team and events, to creating print material and making brands for both internal and client projects.
I had an amazing experience working on a design for the htecgroup.com website. I was also responsible for the company's branding and visual communication, as part of the company's marketing team.
As a Team leader of the Musician Host sector, I had the responsibility of educating volunteers for their future assignments and later on coordinating them with people from the organization of the festival, ensuring that everything went smoothly during the festival.

Designed visuals for their social media account, worked on graphic design and corporate branding projects, as well as user interface design.
I was responsible for developing marketing campaigns for upcoming seasons. This involved assembling project teams with the necessary specialists like photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and models. I then collaborated closely with the team throughout the project. Communication and partnership building with various clients were also crucial aspects. My duties included gathering and creating all the necessary materials, as well as posting and managing them on social media platforms.
My main responsibility was the promotion of the University. We worked on various campaigns to target new students, such as having live presentations in high schools all around Serbia, organizing free courses in design (I was also the educator), development, marketing, organizing contests and other promotions.
