Responsibility includes :
• Proper implementation of contracts & procurement policies for UAE operations. Managing procurement & contract activities for all project sites & corporate office
• Identifications of the potential suppliers & maintaining associated data in ERP.
• Coordinating with Site Project team, vendors, expediter, clearing agents, custom clearance authorities, contractors& transporters for timely delivery of required materials and services.
• Continuously sourcing the equivalent materials & services which are more cost efficient and compliance to the client specification.
• Negotiations with vendors . Ensure that project budget constraints are met.
• To provide support to Proposal Department for estimation/bidding purposes.
• Close coordination with project team for their procurement requirements, change orders, variations claims from contractors as well with clients.
• Liaise with Finance team for the payments to the vendors, controlling and maintaining the advances to the suppliers within the company permissible limits and other related activities.
• Coordinating with HR department for the adequate human resources and training needs of the procurement department.
• Coordinating with QC department for product approvals, managing inspection, testing requirements of the procured material. Proper implementation of the company quality management system
• Develop Balance Score Cards & KPI’s for the sub-ordinates and ensure that the Orion (ERP System) is properly implemented and utilised for all the transactions.
• Stores and inventory control activities for all projects.
• Attend management meetings for project reviews &monthly client meeting at site.

Responsibility includes procurement of all site consumable (includes civil, electrical, Instrumentation / telecom and mechanical), equipments, spares, vehicle, hiring of Equipments, PRW contractors and logistics.
Subcontracts for all the site activities. Support estimation departments for new tenders.

Responsible for contract management for turnaround maintenance project.
• Responsible for verifying credentials of bidders and ascertaining their eligibility
• Prepare various documents as required for contracts process
• Coordinate with bidders for various inquiries pertaining to contracts
• Maintain records of all bidding process and contracts awarded, including client database, and updated the same in central system
• Interpret terms and conditions for clients for actual execution of contract
• Prepare various reports for management review and scrutiny
• Collect necessary information from the market for issuing contracts for bidding process
• Make necessary arrangements for actual bidding process, including finalization of time and date, venue details, etc.
• Ensure that contracts awarded to successful bidders are completed on time
• Updates central system with contract progress details

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for purchases of bulk raw materials, pipe fittings, valves, gaskets, spares for HVAC, pumps, compressors, instruments, electrical cables, accessories/bulks etc and project equipment and manpower contacts for erections and overhauling of equipment.
• Sending RFQ, follow up for the quotations, Quotation comparison, technical review, negotiations, scrutinizing the commercial aspects, maintaining quotations and generating PO and generating report in SAP.
• Generating the expediting reports, follow up with vendors, freight forwarders for scheduled delivery.
• Coordinate with user, vendors & quality departments for receiving discrepancies.
• Generating and expediting reports, Pending PR’s & Purchase Orders status and follow up with concern user/vendors for technical queries, alternate materials.

Responsibilities :
