* Led a team of 14 members to conduct reviews across 6 departments including finance, customer service, credit-
collections and sales for spotting data leakages within 45 days and reported findings to Vodafone UK board.
* Findings attested by Vodafone UK Board and recommendations implemented within 21 days across 4 critical
applications. This exercise made India entity the 2nd
most secure amongst 20 operating firms in the Vodafone group.
Led Sarbanes Oxley(SOX), ISO27001, Internal Audits and Statutory Audits across the India market and Vodafone UK
* Led a 17 member cross functional team for reviewing 60 IT applications as per the business controls framework within,
6 months. Reported to CFO for compliance against 600+ controls across 6 states and 4 business verticals.
* Successfully secured ISO compliance for 5 data centres covering 450 employees in IT and network planning verticals
Led data migration, IT general control testing, and IT SOX reviews in ERP’s such as Oracle Financials and SAP
for Fortune 100 clients within retail, banking, insurance and industrial automation.
* Conducted Business process reviews & Internal Audits for Fortune 100 clients on processes such as receivables,
procurement and inventory management to support statutory audit functions.
