 Trained and mentored a Recruiting consultant on MEA/South Asia/Africa customer profile (MBA candidates), their differentiation and how to communicate benefits of the Executive MBA program to prospective candidates
 Created new Marketing initiatives necessary for the increased lead generation. These initiatives included networking events, Master class lectures and guest speaker sessions, Linked-In campaigns and regular e-mail campaigns.
 Marketed the Executive MBA program to the existing lead database giving a targeted approach to segment customers based on their individual requirements (telephone consultation, class visit, alumni meeting, etc.). Analyzed the existing database through Salesforce CRM system and it’s dashboard and reports tools.
 Set up an online marketing campaign with Arabian Business magazine and newsletter as a holistic brand recognition & lead generation strategy
 Continued B2B development with KPMG and Jaguar Land Rover by delivering in-house presentations and collaboration with their HR department.
 During internal re-structuring, acted as a team leader responsible for the team budget, events management, motivation and coaching of the junior colleagues to ensure appropriate handover to the new team leader.
