Employee Relations:
o Administer and follow up the employee’s visa (residence & renewal), in liaison with the Immigration Department at TECOM / DMCC/DHCC.
o Administer the company’s health plan including claims processing.
o Maintain and update the organizational structure in every new circular issued or amendment in the employee’s positions and grades.
o Responsible for updating employees with information of company’s policies, job duties, working conditions and employee benefits.
o Maintaining staff handbooks to ensure that the workforce is aware of company’s policy & procedures.
o Ensure accurate and up to date Job Descriptions are available to all employees in the company.
o Handle Grievances/Disciplinary cases in line with the policy and according to UAE labour law.
o Creating internal HR forms
o Executing and implement policies, procedures and make sure that it’s in line with labor law.
o Organization of trainings for operations/ programme staff on HR issues.

Selection & Recruitment:
o Manage the functions of recruitment from reviewing the recruitment and selection procedure to ensure compliance with the company policy. Interview the short listed candidates and selecting the most suitable ones as per the job description.
o Set up the requirements of knowledge, skills and experience required for the specific job.
o Draft job description and identifying core competencies required for the position in co-ordination with the Head of Department.
o Ensure job analysis and evaluation for all positions available as per the function’s responsibilities are met at the agreed service levels.


Payroll System:
o In charge of the Executive Payroll using HRNET system for managing the vacation records, attendance sheets, overtime, deductions, loans, salary advances and the processing of leave and gratuity settlements.
o Maintain and submit Payroll reports to the Finance Department on a monthly basis.
o Submit a HR analysis report and presentation of the of the HR functions on a yearly basis.
