• Provides service to marina and facility guests that meet established quality standards for all marina related operations; ensures that recognized standards are maintained and that quality and delivery commitments are met.
• Assists Senior Dock Master in marina related duties such as securing vessels to docks, connecting and monitoring utility services (power and water), black water pump out, waste disposal and facility sanitation.
• Expedites any and all requests from vessels including escorting incoming marina guests to/from yachts, assisting with luggage, and ofering information pertaining to available services and facilities of marina (provisioning, laundry, etc.).
• Transporting of guests using buggy/golf car.
• Responsible for keeping golf carts clean and charged.
• Provides general security and supports marina and facility security teams in their security related eforts; reports disturbances in dock area to superiors and maintains general vigilance.
• Assists Fuel Attendants when needed and ensures safe fueling procedures.
• Maintains VHF radio and in-person communication with vessels, Marina ofice and marina management.
• Delivers messages, mail and packages to yachts.
• Makes arrangements at guests requests, such as picking up articles for laundry and/or valet service, arranging transportation and submitting, delivering and loading provisioning orders

• Assist Seniors and Masters with all Marina operations.
• Assist with Maintenance tasks and must complete monthly checklist within laid out deadlines
• Ensure all fire safety equipment, Firsy aid kits, emergency spill kits, muster points procedures are learnt and ensure you are ready to act in the event of emergency.
• Assist members vessel/s docking and undocking.
• Assist members with club car service.
• Assist with ICE supply.
• Safely access vessels and shift equipment for members.
• Ensure all contractors who are onsite are approved.
• Taking part in team training and following SOPs.
• Adhere to set KPIs and ensure service delivery.

• Accomplished a feast by assisting the head cook to manage cooking services for 22 people in a Cargo Ship.
• Assists with maintaining organized and clean storerooms that are properly labeled, and product is protected and safeguarded.
• Managing inventory, unloading supplies, and organizing the Ships storeroom.
• Keep all store areas locked and open only, when necessary, in order to maintain the security of the store.
• To handle all the cleaning materials, chemicals and machinery necessary for the daily operation.
