Scope of work:
•Managing, monitoring and leading projects through all phases from the inception till completion on the technical and legislative level.
•Coordinating and monitoring design process (architectural and MEP): providing site as built drawings, making sure that the architectural design adheres to the as built as well as that the different parts (architectural, structural and MEP) are mutually coordinated
•Quality Assurance / Quality Control - obtaining approvals in coordination with consultants and landlords in pre-and post-construction phase: coordinating material and design submittals, providing required architectural shop drawings for the mall approvals, managing inspections, testing & commissioning, respective reports and other preopening requirements
•Providing responsibility and delivery schedules in coordination with the client’s / brand’s representatives in the preconstruction phase
•Making the bills of quantities, pricing works and engaging subcontractors
•Making project execution timeframe and handle the works and procedures providing adherence to the agreed schedules and quality expectations
•Managing supplies, production and construction process including client supplied items/materials and brand’s/client’s exclusive contractors
•Monitoring the works making sure that they comply with approved drawings and quality expectations
•Registering delays caused by third parties
•Making variations and pricing unforeseen and extra works
•Making the snag list and taking care of snagging
•Reporting to the Managing Director or to the CEO

• Daily briefings with colleagues from England via Skype
• Full design of various types of commercial and residential buildings, conceptual design of producing facilities and additional parts of existing factory complexes
