• Manage the medical attachés daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Provide transportation for the medical attaché, ensuring timely arrival at various locations.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Maintain and update contact lists and records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
• Identify and liaise with service providers to resolve any issues or problems encountered by the medical attaché.
• Act as the point of contact for any emergency situations, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Prepare and process invoices for medical treatments covered by the embassy.
• Maintain records of financial transactions
• Negotiate and establish contracts between the embassy and healthcare providers.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and meet the embassys requirements.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Oversee the performance of the company
• Format information for external communication
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the ofice filing system
