Responsible for: managing overall testing execution done by regional Key Users (+60), providing all KUs and SMEs have appropriate SAP access, training of users to use HP Quality Center as quality management software. Responsible for adapting all non-SAP application to comply with new business operating model (Payroll software, Time and Attendance, Legal applications, Sales Reporting, BI, Sales Force, CRM), preparing training materials and organizing training sessions for end users, supporting all business functions in hyper-care period.

Responsibilities: Windows 2003 servers and Windows XP workstations installation, configuration and maintenance by Global Roche IT standards, Web server and SQL Database administration, support for local and global Management, Finance, Logistics, Sales and Web applications (SUN, SAP, Payroll, Warehouse, Intranet Portal, E-Banking, CRM, …). Implementation of CRM system and integration with customers database. Development of Excel and Web reports for CRM activity analysis. SQL Database maintenance, performance optimization and log monitor. Domain Controller - Active Directory user administration, Implementing new Security Policies, File Server administration, writing procedures and manuals for upcoming applications, writing project proposals for implementing new technologies, strategies and software. Providing end-user support and training.

Responsibilities: Database and File Servers administration. Improvement of implemented banking application, continuous performance monitoring of MS SQL database, optimization and analysis of SQL database queries, generating SQL performance reports, constant correspondence with end-users working with application in order to gather error reports, troubleshooting and support.
