• Head of department for groups & events and part of the leadership team of the hotel with 346 keys and annual events budget of AED 20M and managing the Leisure and Consortia sales team for UK, Benelux and Scandivian markets
• Responsible for further re-positioning and development of the events department, converting strategic objectives into tactical plans, and leading the execution of these across sales, marketing, content and operations.
• Create and develop new ideas to attract domestic and international group and leisure business driven by main source markets (UAE, UK, Germany, US, Benelux and Switzerland).
• Leading projects to increasing ADR by 20% for leisure segment and penetrating new markets to expend the Consortia portfolio.
