Operated the LT/HT (1000X 2=2000 KVA and 11 KV) and Diesel Generators (1825 KVA&500 KVA) and ensured proper Maintenance.

Maintained the all Environment and safety related activities during the working (i.e. LOTO, Indentified the Hazardous activities and process safety activities)
Fire safety management (Rescue and Evacuation Drill) Conduct Engineering trainings, (QA& EHS) Site visit,
Ensured the implementation of safety rules, Chemical agent monitoring, and Machinery risk assessment, EHS Risk assessment and Inspection as per EHS Issue.
Maintained in Energy Management at Site.
Ensured that the risks are proactively assessed and Managed in Electrical Utilities areas (i.e. AHU, Vacuum Pump, Air Cooler, Air compressor, WWTP).
Regular Review of spare parts in engineering stores.
Keep up to date knowledge of electrical laws or any regulatory requirements.
Ensured Implementation of GES (Global Engineering Standard) requirements.
Ensured OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in machinery and report regularly.
Ensured machines are available for production, and take necessary step to reduce breakdown time.

BNBC-2006 code NFPA-70 & BS7671. To do this I have collected data from site and classified the hazardous & suggest appropriate correction and corrective actions for these nonconformities according to BNBC-2006 & NFPA -70 & BS7671 code.
The following major tasks are followed to do the task.
Inspection & collection of data regarding the Electrical safety assessment of industry and using these complete data provide complete report which consist DB schedule non conformities, Thermograph survey non conformities, and overall non conformities with pictures to proper reporting line.
Arranging safe Work environment for the electrical maintenance, testing and inspection.
Find out Highly hazardous nonconformity which is included availability of "As built Drawing", "Proper bushing to the entering point of cable to panel", "Identification of all earth conductors for each circuits", "Generator earthlings", Transformer earthings etc. as per BNBC-2006 & NFPA70 code.
Find out Critical nonconformity which is included status of Periodical insulation resistance test, periodical inspection, testing & maintenance of all electrical equipments, Operating test, splicing joint, Higher rated MCB/MCCB, earth test result etc.
Find out Hazardous nonconformity which is included status of calibration/validation of all meters, lightning protection system, inadequate earthing for each circuits, Neutral cable size etc.
Find out hot spot for all electrical equipments, devices & systems and classified as Critical, certain & Probable deficiency.
