Perform regular inspections and repairs on interior fabric panels, safety belts and carpets as required.
Fabricate seat covers, protective covers, magazine pockets and insulation blankets to required specifications.
Carry out General and Detailed Visual inspection of interior component assemblies.
Cutting and sewing leather and other fabrics to required designs.
Leather and Vinyl wrap of VIP interior components.
Maintenance of aircraft cabin components and systems including removal,
repair, testing, adjustments, modifications, installation and restorations.
Carpet removal, trimming and installation.
Identify, pack and stow safety, emergency and life support equipment.
Cooperate with Cabin team members to complete assigned complex tasks within set time frames.
Adhere to all pertinent safety precautions and procedures as outlined in approved documents.
Ensure that replacement parts and components are of an approved type and of that particular Aircraft.
Fit, install and secure upholstery and decor coded materials on frames using hand and power tools, bonding with recommended adhesives and staples.
Ensure the correct use of tools and equipment required to accomplish assigned tasks
