Generate sales among client account, including upselling and cross selling.
• Operate as the point of contact for assigned customer.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationship with accounts.
• Communicate client need and demands of employer company.
• Forecast and track client account metrics.
• Manage projects within client relationship, working to carry out goals while meeting
company goals.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing client.
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistency.

Responsible for in-house selling and cross-selling of bank’s products and services.
• Managing and growing existing portfolio of the branch.
• Ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery in compliance with the Bank’s service standards.
• Processing opening of new accounts, renewal, termination and payment of matured placements.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit
cards.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Accept retail and/or commercial deposits, bills payments, loan payments, process checking and savings account withdrawals.
Cash checks.
Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times; this includes buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary.
Balance cash drawer in accordance with Bank procedures and regulations including periodic batching of cashed checks.
Process credit card cash advances.
Assist in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash.
Answer customer inquiries and refer customers to the proper service area for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line.
Providing additional products including Cashier’s Checks, Personal Money Orders. Assist customers in accessing safety deposit boxes.
May be responsible for bank opening and/or closing.
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained. Promotes the bank’s products and services.
Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow. Contribute to the fulfilment of department and company objectives and goals. Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations.
