be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day organization and execution of skills building activities as outlined in field action plans .The Integrated Technical Training Officer will act as a main point of contact with clients seeking short-term technical skills, vocational skills, soft skills, life skills and on-the job- training opportunities ( different Area Akkar & Arsal).Giving training in Financial management, marketing, communication skills, digital marketing, time management…Add to that preparing document, payments, evaluation and monitoring, archiving documents, report for donors, organized visits for donors . Achieve around 12 trainings and before this year i work around 4 years as apprenticeship officer for 855 apprentices in north and before 1and half year as employer relation officer so i build a strong relation and experience about livelihood and private sector. add to that i was 5 years work as consultant so i prepare business plan and feasibility study.
