• Maintained users’ security profiles in ARGUS/PeopleSoft. As an Assistant IMA, represented the Bureau in all OIST plenary meeting. Logged all IT equipment loaned to HQ Staff. Raised requisitions, purchase orders and payment vouchers for all required IT purchase and receipt reports to UNDP’s LTA vendors (e.g DELL Marketing, CDWG, Office Depot, IBM )

Key Achievements
• Teamed with eight other Arabic speaking staff members to proof read and translate the Basic Security in The Field module Part II as requested by DSS for staff traveling to the field especially to crises countries (June 2006).

• As the RSC designate/Lead focal point for Procurement Management and in a collaborative effort with the Lead focal point colleagues for HR, Finance and Project Management, designed a workable distribution of tasks/roles of all RSC members (April 2005).

• Wrote and submitted draft “proposal” to the Coordinator of RBAS’ Regional Service Centre (RSC), which covered a mission statement and feasible approaches for its operationalization (January 2005).
