I am a registered nurse with a passion for providing quality care to newborns and their families. I am a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. I have a natural ability to build rapport with patients and their families, and I am always looking for ways to improve the care I provide. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, and I strive to be a positive and supportive presence in the lives of my patients.
My greatest achievement was saving the life of a patient who was suffering from severe postpartum hemorrhage. I quickly recognized the signs and symptoms of hypovolemic shock, and took swift and decisive action to administer treatment. This included the application of an anti-shock garment, which helped to stabilize the patient's condition and ultimately saved her life. I felt a great sense of satisfaction and pride in knowing that my actions made a difference in someone's life.
As part of my Midwifery studies,I wrote a project on the causes of secondary infertility among women aged 30-35. As a student union vice president, I learned how to advocate for my needs and the needs of my peers. I gained confidence in my ability to communicate effectively and work with others to achieve a common goal. I gained valuable experience in problem-solving and collaboration, which are skills that will benefit me in any future endeavors. I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity to grow as a person.
