•Investigate Customers problems (ADSL Technical and Financial), identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
•Initiate Outgoing Calls related to DSL customers.
•Opening Tickets on CRM for every case.
•Communicate effectively via email and over the phone with clients/ internal departments.
