Title: Business Developer
- Prospecting new customers plus developing sales for all product segments according to the objectives given.
- Achieving annual sales target of USD 3M.
- Handling all Marketing promotions and market development for our products.
- Analyzing positioning vs the market and the competition.
- Daily sales activities regular follow-up & cold calls “800 call per month”, customers door to door visits “80 visits per
month ”and monthly conference call with international suppliers & clients.
- Heading the department reports; Visit reports, Weekly reports, Monthly reports, Sales reports, Quotation reports, Follow up
reports..etc.
- Commercial point of contact between customers and suppliers.
- Facilitator of the order process from order entry to payment collection and claim management. In addition to follow the
process of delivering, implementing and installation of our building materials.
- Responsible of registration and specification of our products.
- Creating a sales management strategy for the day to day business needs and weekly sales meeting.

- Insure Safety of the Aircraft, Crew & Passengers
-Understand the duties of your assigned position during flight and act your best
-Ensure the satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance
-Check cabin before take-off to ensure compliance to safety regulations
-Welcome travelers on board and help them to their seats when necessary
-Serve food and beverages and sell products “In-flight Services”
-Give the “safety” presentation in a well-prepared manner
-Monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight
-Adhere to established regulations and procedures
-Remain calm and offer assistance to passengers in the event of an emergency
-Give particular attention to passengers with special needs (children, disabled, elders etc)
-Prepare accurate reports concerning any significant issues or happenings

Title: Site Engineer
- Combines technical responsibilities with project management
-Inspect facilities and analyze operational data
-Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
-Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
-Determine and present estimates of operational costs
-Evaluate operations and processes
-Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
-Implement improvements to designs and processes
-Test material and structural integrity
-Research the environmental impact of projects
-Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans
-Create graphical representations of proposed solutions
-Prepare proposal documents and presentations
-Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders
-Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
-Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support
-Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
-Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
-Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes
- Working alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, using technical skills and managerial prowess to make sure that
building sites are fit for purpose
