• Leading a team of 560 members (17 engineers + 200 technicians + 340 operators + 3 Admins) distributed in more than 15 workshops in various construction projects across Egypt.

• Dealing with local and international vendors and supplier, negotiating the prices and the terms of spare parts and service offers saving up to 40% of repair costs.
• Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of operation and maintenance.
• Leading key programs as Oil analysis tracking, Contamination Control for all repair processes and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Directly supervises all maintenance employees using team building, coaching, and teaching skills and knowledge of TPM to lead the PM activities in order to reduce equipment downtime.
• Revising and approving methods of statements, risk assessments, lifting plans and work permits

• Managed the generators division with the responsibility of fleet of more than 500 generators with total capacity 85, 000 KVA with cost 5 M $
• Directed multiple teams dedicated in engine overhauls, field services and troubleshooting.
