Maintenance:
• Set up the foundation's training unit contains "9" computers (installing computers, Network).
• Set up computers for the foundation "8" departments which helped transferring files through the foundation departments faster.
• Created a data base for the General Health Department in the foundation so that they can monitor the children's health and be back to the database for any information needed.
• Created a computer recovery strategy for the foundation, which helped maintaining the computers fast which was highly commended by the management team.
• Resolved virus and malware issues with a 100% success rate.
• Resolved computer hardware and software, printing, installation, word processing, email and operating systems issues.
Training:
• Training children from the age 4 years (74 Child) with 93% successful rate.
• Training the staff on using computers which improved their working methods with 83% successful rate.
• Establishing educational seminars for the Foundation staff and visitors who want to learn about the uses of computers in their daily lives. (promoter and Lecturer)
Serving in the Egyptian Armed Forces (Mandatory service) and ended my military service with exemplary rank in my Certificate of Completion of military service.
• Treaching computer science for the two grades students.
• Training computer courses (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, ICDL, Computer Maintenance) to people who want computer courses.
• Inventory all the sections in the ship weekly and sending a closing statements of incomes and expenses to the headquarter.
• Cost controller: Reduce expenses by overseeing the consumption of the sections (kitchen - room service - bar - restaurant - Laundry) making sure they don't waste the ship resources.
