 Follow up the mechanical (HVAC discipline) technical office junior engineers and
draftsmen in the following:
o Reviewing material submittals.
o Reviewing shop drawings.
o Developing the new design drawings resulting from construction variation requests.
o Providing required calculations.
o Issuance request for information due to design conflicts and \ or coordination
activities.
o Preparing method statements and inspection test plan.
 Responsible for technical support for BIM team in their queries or requirements.
 Reviewing shop drawings provided by BIM team before submitting to project consultant.
 Follow up and supervise sub consultant (ECG) in their scope of work for generating new
design drawings for Museum ancillary buildings.
 Coordinate with other technical departments regarding the issuance of shop drawings.
 Attend progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals and solution for
relevant technical issues.

Mechanical Technical Office Engineer في Orascom Construction Industries

Responsible for issuance all correspondences (Letters- request for information- technical
proposals- drawing filled changes) for mechanical trades to the project consultant.
 Responsible for all correspondences with the subcontractors and suppliers (In\ Out).
 Issuance the Electro Mechanical coordination drawings.
 Revising the mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems as
per project technical specifications, contract design drawings and international codes in
order to submit it to the project consultant for approval.
 Preparing materials submittals for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems as per
technical specifications and bill of quantities in order to submit it to the project consultant.
 Issuance the monthly invoice of mechanical trades for consultant review and approval.
 Revising and releasing the monthly invoices for the mechanical subcontractors (3
subcontractors).
 Solve and follow up on site construction problems of mechanical trades.
