Managing/Supporting IT infrastructure at Hill Cairo head office and
projects site offices in Egypt and around Africa Region

Technical Skills
* Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches,
firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software
deployment, security updates and patches.
* Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
* Design and deploy networks, Maintain network servers such as file servers,
and VPN gateways
* Design and deploy networks infrastructure.
* Perform network address assignment.
* Maintain network servers such as file servers, DHCP, DNS.
* Manage Active directory users and groups
* Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN Infrastructure is on
part with technical considerations.
* Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
* Administer and troubleshoot surveillance system (DVR, CCTV, IP Cam).
* Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security system.
* Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet.
* Maintain system efficiency, Monitoring network and system performance
* Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
* Maintain network and system security.

Support 140 user daily base on site, full responsible for the data
shares and backup/restore update and upgrade SW/HW meeting
