Feasibility studies:
 Initiate the study for new opening, closure, and remodeling.
 Revising the Rent agreement with the study.
 Revising the study investment with the budget Capex sheet.
 Preparing Profit and loss statement budget for new stores.
 Preparing for annual budget for new opening, closure and remodeling stores.

Analysis:
 Revising P&L for stores every month.
 Analysis for payroll accruals and vendor accruals.
 Analysis for Prepaid for payroll and vendor.
 Analysis for expenses related to payroll.
 Monthly & yearly closing for payroll and payable.
 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
 Prepare and submit Auditor reports

Account Payable:
 Ensure that the invoices are going within company policy.
 Verify, allocate, post accounts payable.
 Match invoices with purchase order with Good Received note.
 Reconciliation for Supplier SOA
 Manage and Proceed payment for suppliers

Payroll:
 Monthly Payroll Preparation for more than 8, 000 employees of total Amount not less than 7 million USD.
 Reviewing of all payroll variables.
 Review calculated accrued vacations and indemnity.
 Review monthly restaurant Over Time.
 Prepare and review bonuses, Vacation & E.O.S
 Reconcile loans and advances
 Preparing Payroll Budget Including Salary, Benefit, Bonus and E.O.S Provision
