Performs quality control and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
Inspects all mechanical works on site (HVAC and chilled water systems, plumbing, firefighting, irrigation, and water feature) to ensure conformance with contract documents and all applicable codes and standards.
Verify that materials of approved make are being used.
Preparing weekly works report, to monitor project progression.
Marking items for acceptance or rejection, recording test results and inspection data, and comparing findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.
Approval and proceeding of inspection, testing, commissioning, surveying, and handover of (HVAC and chilled water systems, plumbing system, firefighting system, irrigation, and water feature).
Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies of work found at site that are believed to have failed or if the contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete a Non Conformance Report if required in view of the development of events.
Preparing and reviewing detailed shop drawings for (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing and medical gas system), coordination with other disciplines & project schedule.
Reviewing design drawings.
Reviewing submittals from the suppliers.
Preparing details drawings and riser diagrams.
Coordinate with the supplier all the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting) and the consultant to do the best solution and to clarify the system in the shop drawing.
Attending meetings with sub-contractor, consultant or clients as may be required to ensure that the site installation progress flowing smoothly.
Technical support to the material take off team.
Preparing BOQ’s, designs, shop drawings and isometric drawings for HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing systems (Water supply, drainage, swimming pools, irrigation, and infrastructure) for major projects in Egypt and Qatar.
Graduation Project: Central Air Conditioning system, Grade: Excellent. Cumulative Grade: Good.
