* Observing the subcontractors works, insures that all works are done with a highest quality & on time
according project schedule & making the alternative where necessary avoiding any delays in works.
* Attend meetings and coordinate civil work with other activities on site e.g. electric, piping&
mechanical for take the materials priority.
* Monitor progress on site and put in place corrective measures for any possible delays.
* Make the purchases orders for the materials & contract for the subcontractors

A site engineer works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.
