• Cash management of all group subsidiaries and Holding company to ensure operations are running smoothly and dividends are repatriated to Holding company on time.
• Applying 13 weeks rolling cash forecast to anticipate any cash shortage problems and stand on liquidity position for the group.
• Monitoring daily cash position for actual cash status to be aware if any cash surplus is supposed for further investments.
• Supervising subsidiaries getting new facilities or renewing existing ones through best utilization of banks’ terms and conditions for interest, charges, fees…etc.
• Manage cash transactions in-between subsidiaries and holding company.
• Implementing E-banking for most of group subsidiaries having availability of instant instructions and accounts’ monitoring accessibility.
• Managing FX exposure and currency risk through different hedging tools like forward, options….etc.
• Managing timely and adequate payments of principal and interest related to shareholders’ acquisition loan in addition to compliance with loan terms in form of reporting, debt service reserve account management, documentations, …etc.
• Insuring proper investments of employees’ pension fund.
• Complying with debtors’ covenants either documents or financials like leverage, debt to equity, current ratio, revenue to equity…etc.,

• Preparing and presenting a treasury operation report to top management on a monthly basis. Indicating the activities through the month, emphasizing strengths and weakness points of the overall operations and activities for further enhancement.
• Part of team working closely on a syndicated midterm credit facility financing group acquisition through affiliated companies in different countries going with lending policies for each country with legal and central banks approvals for holding company shares’ pledges, corporate and cross guarantees.

• Designing company’s credit policy.
• Restructuring and computerizing the operations of both accounting and credit departments.
• Designing a computerized Data Base for debt aging and sorting of company’s receivables.
• Implementation of a new software to be able to track all accounts smoothly and efficiently.
