- On site Support for the Saudi Railways Organization in Dammam:
Techno-functional support for eAM Module, creation of reports and monitoring the system.
- Technical support for Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) in Riyadh:
creating new reports and modifying implemented reports, modifying custom made forms, modifying custom packages for HCM modules.
- Technical implementation and techno-functional support for the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) in Riyadh:
Creating new reports for the implementation of the Supply Chain using EBS r12, support of the purchasing solution in the HRDF, training of the users, creating reports and alerts for OTL.
- Technical support for the National Information Center (NIC) in Riyadh:
tasks included Maintaining a pre-implemented EBS system as well as design and implementation of new business processes for promotion and integration with bank. Support tasks included modifying forms, creating and modifying reports.
Implementation of new modules such as Performance management systems, irecruitment and Learning management systems. Working as techno-functional in HCM and technical in other tracks (Supply chain and financials).
- Technical implementation for Taajeer company in Jeddah:
Design and creation of insurance policy management module that included creation of custom forms and concurrents as well as integrating the module with the AP, AR and leasing modules.
- Techno-Functional support for the Saudi Railways Organization:
Maintaining a pre-implemented EBS system, tasks included modifying forms, creating and modifying reports. Functional Support for eAM and SCM, technical support for the remaining modules.
Responsible for the repairing and installment of an automated filling line.

Responsible for the calibration of the load cells in the factories.
