Reviewing the BRD and SDD documents.
- Participate in the requirements review meetings where project is kicked off.
- Construct the test plan for the project.
- Project effort estimation, resource estimation, High Level Scenarios, Traceability Matrix, writing the test cases, uploading test plans to RTC and RQM test management tools.
- Follow up with PM and Testers during test execution.

- Preparing daily reports for the project progress and send it to all stakeholders.
- Participating in meetings with program managers to discuss any blockers and the overall progress and highlight if there are any risks to the current project plan.
- Testing all the functionalities in each of the released sections of the portal.
- Verifying all the GUI for both English and Arabic.
- Verifying all the functionalities and GUI from mobile devices (Android and iOS)
- Selecting and executing random scenarios to be done on other platforms such as, iPad, IE EDGE, Safari web browser, FireFox and others.
- Covering the whole journey of a customer from registration, login, purchasing of devices or services, to checking backend systems for orders submissions till completion.

Vodafone Germany - CPCOM-Tibco System Test
Preparing the High Level Scenario as well as reviewing HLS’s done by other team members.
- Writing test cases, which were used as templates later on in many following projects by all team members (including Indian and German colleagues).
- Deploying delivered software components on UNIX machine, and setting the test environment variables as preparation for test execution.
- Supporting other team members in other deployments.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on the software functionality.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Document software defects using JIRA defect management system.
- Retest fixed defect reported by the customer or by other team members.
- Scheduling meetings with developers to discuss the software design.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to other team members and for newcomers.
Vodafone Germany - CPCOM-Tibco - Automation Testing
Using HP Service Test to run automated scripts for testing SOA based systems, for both HTTP and JMS over SOAP messages.
Vodafone Germany - CPCOM-Tibco Phase3 - E2E
Including 2 months on shore in Dusseldorf-Germany,
- Checking functionality and possible defects in the ESB backend system during operation in a complete environment, similar to the production environment, including FixedNet, KIAS, EPOS and Tibco/OFC systems.
- Coordination with testers and developers from all systems to reach the reason for defects in the system.
- Assisting the project manager with organizing and uploading the Test Cases, tracking test executions and their results on SharePoint, as well as documenting final results to be reviewed by the customer on MQC.
Vodafone Germany - CallYa
Prepare testing scripts
- Execute test scripts prepared by myself or by leader, as well as regression testing.
- Reporting test results and/or defects.
White-Box testing of the microcontroller's program.
- Debugging and fixing issues in the microcontroller code.
- Testing real-time performance of the hardware and the PLC software.
- Testing the whole system (PLC and HMI) onsite.
- Training the customer on the HMI software, as well as PID controllers and PLC’s.

- Creating a user’s manual for the project’s software.
