Job Responsibilities
Production planning & scheduling
- Material procurement (Internal orders to procurement department)
- Inventory control and distribution
- Daily up-date on production output
- Stock balance (production)
- Procurement of local parts for production plan (Internal order to procurement)
- Control the optimum stock of material and finish goods
- Production costing (monthly) and control with best practice cost analysis
- Planning sequence of assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Analyzing production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
- Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products.
- Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Preparing production reports.
- Plans the process for manufacture, fabrication, assembly, erection or installation of parts, components, assemblies, etc.
- Analyzes and interprets construction bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc., to determine the content &plan manageable work elements.
- Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, inspection requirements, etc., to initiate and control production work.
- Monitors, analyzes& reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
- An incumbent may also prepare sketches & drawings to clarify instructions, & provide other relevant information, such as applicable codes, regulations, etc.
- Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities.
ALL SITE JOBS CAN HANDLE INCLUDING TESTING THE MACHINES, HANDLING OVER.THIRD PARTY ETC
• Preview sites required for the work of the elevators and select the appropriate type of elevator
Elevator design using design software lifts “ LIFTDESIGNER “ “SOLIDWORKS “ AUTOCAD “
Determine the amounts of materials for the manufacture of elevator crisis
• Place an orders and follow up the importing materials from overseas
Elevators in the delivery schedule or before the Promised
• Continue mechanical and electrical installations and identical dimensions and engineering drawing
Continue periodic maintenance workers and customers and solve problems
Follow-up workshops manufacturing and installation of glass
