• Join the organization as a Fashion Assistant and get promoted within the last
4 years to the position of Department Manager, responsible for handling the
Ethnic's Department.
• Maximizing departmental sales and productivity metrics in alignment with
department targets.
• Monitoring key data reports on space management, sales, and stock
movement against the previous year, last week, and budget on a daily and
weekly basis, and communicating the findings to line managers and the team.
• Ensuring and monitoring that all stock is laid out and displayed according to
standard layout norms, including MPM (product placement, signage, neat and
well-folded presentation, arranged in order from smallest to largest, steaming
of hanged items, and organization by brand and size).
• Ensure 100% adherence to organization SOPs without any deviations.
• Ensuring and monitoring awareness and vigilance at all times regarding
security in the store for company assets, customer property, and company
goods without any negligence.
• Monitoring and implementing sales promotions (ATL & BTL) and events in the
stores.
• To facilitate and ensure regular engagement activities that drive employee
motivation, maintain employee connections, achieve higher levels of employee
satisfaction, and reduce attrition.
• Manpower planning with a team of 12 Fashion Advisors along with 2 Senior
Fashion Advisors.
• Managing all store inventory and addressing store shrinkage through accurate
global counts.
