• Handled a team of 5 agents throughout the tenure at Progeon.
• In charge of anchoring the process and monitoring the team performance.
• Maintain the process work as per the audit specifications driven by SOX Audit Team.
• Customer co-ordination for a high value order.
• Keeping the track of orders processed by every agent within the team, from quality perspective.
• Single point of contact for the process knowledge.
• Trained agents on the process within the team as well as outside the team.
• Provided training and orientation to 80 agents on the processes.
