Overseeing one line which consist of 37.5 kilometer that includes underground, elevated and at grade stations. Also includes two depots, 3 park & rides and 12 egress shafts. Review and approve contractors documents such as construction work packages like earthworks, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and fire fighting works which include method statements, ITP's and material approval. Conducting a weekly quality patrol as site audit and submitting a report directly to the project QA/QC Manager. Technical assistance to site construction team regarding quality requirements and project specification.
Technical assistance in the study of Oman Metro, developing a national material testing laboratory and developing and application of Project Management Office for the Ministry of transportation and communication projects regarding quality management system.
To oversee and manage QA/QC project requirement and supervise QC inspector. Report directly to the Project Manager and dealing with quality issues for the project. Quality progress report is directly reported to the Quality Development Manager.
Reviewing all submittals such as drawings, materials, ITP's, metod statements and quality plan.
Assisting and give advise in the assesments and management of sub-contractors quality management.
Prepare audit schedule.
Monitor corrective actions.
Etc.
Responsible for all inspection works and ensuring that all works meets the required specification.
Supervise civil and structural works and implementation of project standards
Implementing the required standards for civil and underground pipe installation works. Ensuring that the works meets all the requirements of the project.
Preparing daily inspection report and requests.

Ensuring all work schedule is finished on time with quality and safety requirements being followed and complied
