- Communicating with customers I am in charge of identifying the needs of customers and delivering goods or services that meet those needs through telephone calls, online correspondence by email and teleconferencing.
- Ensure that orders are successfully completed, delivered on time and meet customers' requirements.
- Inserting orders on ERP System.
- Preparing sales reports.
- Following up with the planning and production department to make sure that the goods will be ready on time as per client requirements.
- Following up with the shipping department to make sure that the goods will be shipped on time to meet the required delivery date.
