•Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of company's teams and technical services ensuring that resources and equipment are properly utilized and maintained.
•To Ensure that all the operations are being conducted in compliance to the Standard Operating Procedure and every member of company if practicing and follows the QHSE rules and regulations.
•To Ensure that all the project reports and client diaries are completed within the given time lines and handed over to concerned department and responsible persons.
• Ensure the O&M works are carried out as per SLA for all the Operation and Maintenance Activities.
• Ensure that the work is executed and completed as per Standard Operating Procedure and Work Method within the given time for the planned shutdown activities.
• Ensure that all the Repair and Maintenance activities affecting the Fiber Optic Cable Network addition and deletion are updated in the Fiber Optic Cable Network Diagrams and Drawings and relevant BOM is updated.
• Overview and approve all the Bills of Material and Bills of Quantities are in line with the client requirements.
• Overview the Root Cause Analysis of all the faults and update the teams and management for the Corrective and Preventive actions and update the Project Lessons Learned Registe Accordingly.
• Ensure 24 x 7 availability of Teams at each O&M Maintenance Units under the managerial jurisdiction and communication between the team is established without any barrier.

•Always used the proper PPE and Tools and ensure that no explosive and hazardous material is present during the work and is being isolated efectively.
•Ensure that the work is executed and completed as per Standard Operating Procedure and Work Method within the given time for the planned shutdown activities.
My Entry Level Education is Diploma of Associate Engineers in Electrical Technology and I continued to upgrade my education to completion of course work for MS Leading to PHD in Business Studies and Post Graduate Diploma in IT (Database Applications). Got A Grade in highest degree MBA (Financial Management)
