1. Preparing quotations as per the bill of quantity /schedule received from client.
2. Regular follow up regarding the status of the quotations.
3. Preparing technical submittal complying with the project specification.
4. Reply to all queries related to the product.
5. Maintaining daily enquiries & quotation report.
6. Daily calls. Generating new customers & enquiries. Keeping record of daily calls.
7. Maintaining stock update on daily basis.
8. Keeping good relation with the existing customers which are handed over by the department.
9. Follow up with the existing client for LPOs.
10. Preparing Proforma Invoices against the LPOs and giving instructions to the warehouse for delivery.
11. Maintaining record of LPOs, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Proforma Invoices, Cheque, Letter of Intents, etc., of the clients.
12. Collecting the Cheque of few clients and regular Payment follow up with the customers.
13. Keeping record of monthly sales & payment.
14. Updating the department head on weekly basis on enquiries, quotations, daily calls, collections etc.
