• Sourcing profiles from Job Portal & approved Recruitment Consultants
• Maintain robust Recruitment Tracker with Position Opening & Closing Dates
• Coordinating in terms of candidates í line up for interview with Divisional Heads
• Visa coordination with PR Department (for New, Resigned & Managed Staff + FS)
• Arranging facilities for new entrants

Job Descriptions ñ Sales Coordinator:
• Preparation of Furniture quotation and presentation for client submission & assist sales
team on creation of check list for job card, payment follow-up upon submission of
invoice and update customer-wise payment status for outstanding meetings2
• Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly sales report of assigned team and update
business/project MIS for meetings
• Maintain log of quotes, delivery advices, invoices and payments
• Assist sales team in preparation of prequalification and bank guarantee letter and
submission to accounts
• Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards defined by the organization
• Maintain and update individuals sales performance/CRM reports/training records and
provide for employee performance appraisal
