oSourcing profiles from Job Portal & approved Recruitment Consultants
oMaintain robust Recruitment Tracker with Position Opening & Closing Dates
oCoordinating in terms of candidates’ line up for interview with Divisional Heads
oWork with the Public Relation department for New, Existing employee visas
oArranging facilities for new entrants
oJoining formalities for new staff (incl. Orientation, Medical Insurance etc)
oWorking with Divisional Heads on employees Training & Development and preparing reports for External auditors
oArranging Induction (Associate companies) for new employees
oCompliance to HR Policies
oMaintaining employee files
oEmployee relations, welfare and wellness
oCalculate compensation and benefits
oEmployee Attrition Management
oProvide support to the Management team to meet the organizational goals
oRepresent and articulate staff concerns to the HR Management

Job Descriptions - Sales Coordinator:
•Preparation of Furniture quotation and presentation for client submission & assist sales team on creation of check list for job card, payment follow-up upon submission of invoice and update customer-wise payment status for outstanding meetings
•Specialized in Storage materials products (Automated Filing System, Mobile Shelving System, Racks, Fire proof cabinets etc) - MaxiFile
•Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly sales report of assigned team and update business/project MIS for meetings
•Maintain log of quotes, delivery advices, invoices and payments
•Assist sales team in preparation of prequalification and bank guarantee letter and submission to accounts
•Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards defined by the organization
•Maintain and update individuals sales performance/CRM reports/training records and provide for employee performance appraisal
• Was responsible for Debtors Book, Creditors Book, Bank Statements, Invoices, Cash Book, Bank Book, Reports, Quotations and other admin works
