- Coordinate with Label of international artists
- Artist research for Presenter, Brand Ambassador, Join the events, Concert and Fan meeting.
- Coordinate with company's partners and suppliers such as Ticket website, Venue, Hotel, Security guard for artist etc.
- Coordinate with Artist's Label team for all work approval.
- Coordinate with company's team and international team such as production team, artist team etc.
- Coordinate with company's team such as producer team, marketing team, production team, graphic team etc. for events, fan meeting and concerts.
- Support and take care all of hospitality of the international artist, artist's team and international production team in Thailand.
- Estimate cost, Control the budget, Write and Summarize expenses after the end of project.
- Support company's Artist and Trainee
- Support company's merchandise team
- Take care of Thai artist for events and advertising shooting.
- Coordinate with Marketing team and Producer team to create campaigns to promote event.
- Coordinate with Artist's Label team for work approval.
- Provide input on the direction of campaigns and distribution suggestions.
- Create content to promote concerts and events.
- Oversee the company's social media and Post (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
- Writing Press release and communicate with Entertainment media for sending news about company's work and invite the media to the concert event.
- Analyze consumer data for advertising or promotion on company's social media platforms.
- Contract and take care of Thai Artists and International Artists especially Korean Artists for Presenters, Joining events, Concerts and so on.
