• Thorough study of the project and preparing detailed BOQ (QS will help for

quantity take off), classification of the BOQ into bills & divisions.
• Coordinate with the in house design department to develop the preliminary design for
the tendering purpose.
• Value Engineering/ Alternative design cost analysis.
• Prepare direct cost and indirect cost estimate for the project.
• Tender analysis for the BOQ items with breakdowns of labor, material,
equipment, subcontract etc.
• Preparation of Bid Documents (technical submittals) and ensure that the bid
compilation is as per the checklist based on the tender requirements.
• Well conversant with the preparation of technical documents for Saudi Aramco,
Royal commission and other reputed companies of Saudi Arabia and outside the
Kingdom
